Pursuant to sections 128 and 129 of the Sentencing Act 2002, orders were made in the Christchurch District Court on 9 December 2008, for the confiscation of the following motor vehicles:
1989 Nissan Maxima, Registration No. XH3198.
Against: Corey David Fowler.
1994 Nissan Pulsar, Registration No. ALH505.
Against: Casey Richard Heath.
1995 Nissan Silvia, Registration No. CLC56.
Against: Mathew Edward Faulls.
Anyone who has a legal interest in these vehicles should contact the Court urgently (telephone (03) 962 4131) as the Registrar may sell the vehicles.
