Notice is hereby given that:
1. FM Custodians Limited, as the secured party, under
the general security agreement registered on the
Personal Property Securities Register under Registration No. FP2HD412494S8F91, over the personal property ("the property") of Dorothys Hotel & Restaurant Limited ("the debtor"), took possession of the
property located at 2 Latimer Square, Christchurch, secured by the general security agreement registered
on the Personal Property Securities Register under Registration No. FP2HD412494S8F91 on 6 October 2008 in accordance with section 137(1)(a) of the Property Law Act 2007.
2. This notice has been issued by FM Custodians
Limited by Jared Vaughan Ormsby, solicitor for
the above-named secured party, of the firm of Wynn Williams & Co.
3. The address for service of the above-named secured party is at the offices of Wynn Williams & Co, 7th Floor, BNZ House, 129 Hereford Street, Christchurch.
4. Documents for service on the above-named secured party may be left at the address for service or may be:
(a) posted to the solicitor at PO Box 4341, Christchurch; or
(b) left for the solicitor at a Document Exchange for direction to DX WP 21518, Christchurch.
