Notice is hereby given that:
ASL Mortgages Limited ("the mortgagee"), as mortgagee under mortgage 6727209.5 over the properties located at Unit U and Accessory Units
17-18, 28, 31-32 contained and comprised in Computer Unit Title 204347, North Auckland Land Registry
("the units"), has taken possession of the units from
S V B K Holdings Limited ("the mortgagor") on
30 June 2008 in accordance with section 137(1)(c) of
the Property Law Act 2007.
This notice is given by the solicitors for the mortgagee, whose address for service is at the offices of Harkness Henry & Co, Solicitors, 7th/8th Floors, KPMG Centre,
85 Alexandra Street, Hamilton.
All communications relating to the properties should be:
(a) posted to the solicitor at Harkness Henry & Co., Solicitors, Private Bag 3077, Hamilton; or
(b) transmitted to the solicitor by facsimile to Harkness Henry & Co., Solicitors, on (07) 839 4043.
