Take notice that on 28 November 2007, an application to put Marford Developments Limited into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Wellington.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Wellington on Tuesday, 22 January 2008 at 10.00am.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiffs are Lorraine Blenkhorn and Collis John Blake (as executors of the estate of John Simeon Blenkhorn), whose address for service is 179 Main Highway, Otaki.
