Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and Notice to Creditors to Claim
Pursuant to Section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
On 18 September 2008, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Gills Road HD Limited be liquidated and that Colin F. Currie, of Hamilton, be appointed liquidator.
The liquidation commenced on Thursday, 18 September 2008 at 6.00pm.
