Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
On 11 June 2008, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Special Effects Panel & Paint Limited be liquidated
and that Barry White, of White Limited, Auckland, be appointed liquidator.
The liquidation commenced on Wednesday, 11 June 2008 at 3.00pm.
