Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
On 13 March 2008, it was resolved by the board of directors, pursuant to section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that C & S P Holdings Limited be liquidated and that Stephen Kim Bennett and Tim John Hoyle, of Steve Bennett Associates, Chartered Accountants, Whangarei, be appointed liquidators for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 14 March 2008.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is also hereby given that the liquidators hereby fix
18 April 2008, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
