Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
On 11 December 2007, it was resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Grove Road Limited be liquidated and that Bruce William Stormer, chartered accountant of Wellington, be appointed liquidator for this purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 11 December 2007.
