Notice of Appointment of Administrators
The Companies Act 1993
The above-named companies were placed into voluntary administration with effect from 4.00pm on 14 May 2008 by written resolutions of the respective boards of the companies of even date.
Gareth Russel Hoole and Kevin David Pitfield were appointed administrators pursuant to section 239I of the Companies Act 1993.
Notice of First Meeting of Creditors
The administrators advise that the first meeting of the creditors will be held at Mercure Hotel, 8 Customs Street, Auckland, on Monday, 26 May 2008 at the following times:
- ICP Biotechnology Limited at 10.00am.
- ICP Holdings Limited at 10.15am.
- ICP Biologicals Limited at 10.30am.
- ICPBio Limited at 10.45am.
Such meetings are convened for the purposes of:
(a) deciding whether to appoint a creditors' committee, and, if so, to appoint its members; and
(b) deciding whether there is any need to replace the administrators.
The administrators advise that subsequent to their appointment, receivers have been appointed over all the assets and undertakings of the companies in voluntary administration.
