Notice of Meeting of Creditors
Public notice is hereby given that a meeting of creditors of Aquasoleil Trustee Limited (in liquidation), pursuant to section 243 of the Companies Act 1993, will be held on
2 October 2007 at 11.00am, at the premises of Corporate Finance Limited, Level 15, AMP Centre, 29 Customs Street West, Auckland.
Agenda
1. To consider whether to confirm the appointment of John Joseph Cregten and Stephen Rex Tietjens as liquidators of Aquasoleil Trustee Limited and, if thought fit, to pass the following resolution:
“That the appointment of John Joseph Cregten and Stephen Rex Tietjens as liquidators of the company be confirmed.”
2. To consider whether to appoint another liquidator in place of John Joseph Cregten and Stephen Rex Tietjens and, if thought fit, to pass the following resolution:
“That another liquidator be appointed to replace the present liquidators.”
3. To consider whether the liquidators should be asked to have regard to the views, if any, of creditors in conducting the liquidation and, if thought fit, to pass the following resolution:
“That no views as to the conduct of the liquidators be placed before the liquidators.”
4. To consider whether a liquidation committee be appointed to act with the liquidators and, if thought fit, to pass the following resolution:
“That no liquidation committee be appointed to act with the liquidators.”
Proxies must be completed and deposited at the offices of the liquidators not later than 11.00am on 28 September 2007.
