Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand:
(a) Pursuant to section 114(1), declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice is required
for road and shall vest in the Waikato District Council;
(b) Pursuant to sections 116(1), 117(3) and 120(3), declares the portions of road described in the Second Schedule to be stopped and vested with the land comprised in Computer Freehold Register SA7B/1422, subject to the encumbrances thereon
on the date of publication of this notice in New Zealand Gazette.
