for five-year terms commencing on 20 December 2006; and
Philippa Mary Greenwood
for a five-year term commencing on 8 March 2007; and reappointed
David Oliver Jones
for a four-year term commencing on 8 March 2007; and
pursuant to section 6(2) of the Takeovers Act 1993,
His Excellency, the Governor-General of New Zealand has appointed to the Takeovers Panel
David Oliver Jones
as the chair for a four-year term commencing on 8 March 2007; and
Alastair Roderick Lawrence
as the deputy chair for a term commencing on 8 March 2007 and expiring on 24 September 2008.
