Pursuant to Section 341(1)(a) of the Companies Act 1993

Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 341(1)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, the shareholders of the above-named company are giving public notice of the overseas company's intention to cease trading in New Zealand.
Application to remove the above-named company will be made to the Registrar, pursuant to section 341(1)(b), on the grounds that the overseas company has ceased to trade in New Zealand and will have satisfied section 341(1)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.
Any objection to the removal, under section 341(2)(a) of
the Act, must be delivered to the Registrar of Companies
no earlier than three months after the date this notice is published.
