Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice of Meeting of Creditors
Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
On 11 September 2007, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Thomas Way Limited be liquidated and that Craig Alan Hastie, chartered accountant of Hastie Chartered Accountants Limited, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 11 September 2007 at 4.30pm.
The directors have filed a resolution of solvency and therefore, pursuant to section 243(8), no creditors’ meeting will be held.
