Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Pursuant to Section 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
We, Stephen James Scott and Philip Brett Harre, chartered accountants of Feilding, were appointed jointly and severally as liquidators of R E Allan Limited by special resolution
of the shareholders on the 11th day of December 2006 at 3.00 p.m., the date and time that the liquidation commenced.
