Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
The Companies Act 1993
On the 1st day of November 2006, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241 of the Companies Act 1993, that The Limburg Brewery (HB) Limited be liquidated and that John Richard Palairet, chartered accountant of Napier, be appointed as liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 1st day of November 2006 at 11.30 a.m.
