Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Notice is hereby given that the liquidation of Bedrock Contracting Limited commenced on the 26th day of October 2006 at 2.00 p.m., when the shareholders appointed Glen Allan Stapley and David Stanley Duns, chartered accountants of Christchurch, as liquidators, in accordance with section 241 (2) of the Companies Act 1993, by the passing of a resolution by entry in the company minute book.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is hereby given that the liquidators hereby fix the 30th day of November 2006, as the day on or before which
the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from
the benefit of any distribution made before their claims
are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
