Ethics Notice
Pursuant to section 139AI of the Education Act 1989, the New Zealand Teachers Council has published a code of ethics.
The code of ethics prepared under the section referred to above is binding on all teachers who hold a practising certificate and on all authorised persons.
This code comes into force on 31 January 2005.
