Take notice that on the 5th day of July 2005, an application for putting Goal Marketing Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Wellington.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Wellington on the 8th day of August 2005 at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Vincent George House of Travel Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of Paul Thomas, Level Two, Baycorp Advantage House, 15 Hopetoun Street, Auckland.
