In the matter of section 241 (2) (c) of the Companies Act 1993, and in the matter of Heron Pacific Capital Limited, Jasper Waters Trust and Auto Search Magazine Limited:
Notice is hereby given that Gilbert Dale Chapman and Grant Bruce Reynolds were appointed joint and several liquidators.
The liquidations commenced on the following dates and times:
7 February 2005
Heron Pacific Capital Limited at 11.25 a.m.
Jasper Waters Trust at 11.27 a.m.
10 February 2005
Auto Search Magazine Limited at 11.03 a.m.
The liquidators fix the 20th day of March 2005, as the day on or before which the creditors of the companies and trust are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
