C. Harris was appointed as liquidator by order of the High Court of Rotorua.
Notice of Meeting of Creditors
Pursuant to section 245 (1) (b) of the Act, the liquidator proposes not to call a meeting of creditors of the company at this stage.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Creditors of the company are to make their claims and establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, before the 16th day of December 2005, or be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
