Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Pursuant to Section 341 of the Companies Act 1993

Notice is hereby given that at an extraordinary general meeting of the above-named entity, held on the 29th day of June 2005, it was resolved that the entity be wound up voluntarily and that Ian Carson and Warren White, of PPB, Chartered Accountants, Level Ten, 90 Collins Street, Melbourne, Victoria 3000, Australia, be appointed as joint and several liquidators.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is also given that after 21 days from this date the liquidators shall proceed to distribute the assets.
All creditors having any claims against the entity should furnish particulars of same by that date, otherwise we shall proceed to distribute the assets without regard to their claim.
