Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
On the 9th day of September 2005, it was resolved
by special resolution of the shareholders that Jerell Construction Limited be liquidated and that John Gray be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 9th day of September 2005 at 11.40 a.m.
