Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Claim
On the 13th day of July 2005, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that the Strathallan Lifecare Village (1997) Limited be liquidated and that Gordon L. Hansen, chartered accountant of Christchurch, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 13th day of July 2005 at 11.00 a.m.
The undersigned does hereby fix the 3rd day of August 2005, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have.
Creditors and shareholders may direct inquiries to the liquidator during normal business hours at the address and contact numbers stated below.
