Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Notice is given of the following shareholder resolution dated the 24th day of June 2005:
“That the directors of the company having recommended that the company be placed in liquidation and that the company is able to pay its debts, it is resolved that
the company is placed in liquidation from 30 June 2005 and that Kenneth William Whaley is appointed liquidator.”
