Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Sections 3, 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
On the 18th day of March 2005, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Nisi Holdings Limited
be liquidated and that Richard George Hughes, chartered accountant of Christchurch, be appointed liquidator for
the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 18th day of March 2005 at 4.00 p.m.
