Notice of Meeting of Creditors
A meeting of creditors of Old Nick Limited (in liquidation) will be held on the 14th day of January 2004 at 10.30 a.m.,
at the offices of Gibson Sheat, Lawyers, Level One, 107 Customhouse Quay, Wellington.
The meeting will consider various matters, including confirming the appointment of liquidators pursuant to section 243 (1) (a).
For voting purposes, creditors' claims and proxies must
be lodged with the liquidators by the 9th day of January 2004.
Postal votes must be lodged by the 9th day of January 2004.
