Notifying the Granting of Fenton and Customary Fishing Entitlements

Under the Ngai Tahu Claims Settlement Act 1998,
the Conservator of the Canterbury Conservancy of the Department of Conservation hereby notifies that
the Minister of Conservation and the Minister of Maori Affairs have granted fenton entitlements over the land described in the First Schedule, and customary fishing entitlements over the land described in the Second Schedule.
