Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
On the 25th day of May 2004, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Kewdos Holdings Limited
be liquidated and that Yin Leng Goh, accountant of Wellington, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 25th day of May 2004 at 10.00 a.m.
