Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
On the 30th day of March 2004, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a)
of the Companies Act 1993, that Strathallan Resthome (1997) Limited be liquidated and that Bruce Finnerty, of Christchurch, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 30th day of March 2004 at 4.30 p.m.
The undersigned does hereby fix the 20th day of April 2004, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have.
Creditors and shareholders may direct inquiries to the liquidator during normal business hours at the address and telephone number stated below.
