Notice is hereby given that the above-named society will be dissolved in accordance with an instrument of dissolution registered on the 3rd day of June 2003, unless, within three months from the date of publication of this notice in the
New Zealand Gazette, a member or other person interested in or having any claim on the funds of the society commences proceedings to set aside the dissolution of the society in the District Court in or near to the locality where the registered office of the society is situated, and such dissolution is set aside accordingly.
