Notice of Meeting of Creditors
Pursuant to Section 243 of the Companies Act 1993
We, Gary Traveller and John Howard Ross Fisk, chartered accountants of Wellington, were appointed jointly and severally by the shareholders as liquidators of Lakeview Farm Fresh Limited on the 12th day of December 2002, and Lakeview Meat Processing Limited, Wayne Rider Transport Limited, Trevor Brooker Transport Limited, Dannevirke Meat Processors Limited and Flockhouse Abattoir Limited, all on the 16th day of January 2003.
A meeting of creditors will be held at The Memorial
Hall, corner of Queen and Chamberlain Streets, Levin, on Thursday, the 30th day of January 2003, commencing
at 11.00 a.m.
Agenda
(a) Liquidators' report to date.
(b) Confirmation of Gary Traveller and John Howard Ross Fisk as liquidators or to vote on the appointment of a replacement liquidator.
(c) To convey the views of creditors to the liquidators.
(d) To consider whether or not to appoint a liquidation committee and, if so, to appoint members to the committee.
Creditors may exercise their right to vote by being present in person, or by appointing a proxy or by postal vote.
Proxies, postal votes and unsecured creditors' claims,
which must be received no later than Tuesday, the
28th day of January 2003 at 11.00 a.m., should be
sent to The Liquidators, Lakeview Group, care of PricewaterhouseCoopers, P.O. Box 243, Wellington.
