Pursuant to section 36 (1) (c) of the Medical Auxiliaries Act 1966, the following notice is given.
N o t i c e
1. Title and commencement-(1) This notice may be cited as the Podiatrists (Fees) Amendment Notice 2003 and should be read in conjunction with the notice published in the New Zealand Gazette, 3 February 2000, page 230.
(2) This notice comes into force on 23 January 2004.
2. Fees-The Podiatrists Board sets the following fees payable to the board specified in the attached Schedule.
4. Tax-The fees are inclusive of goods and services tax.

Annual licence fee for practitioners on the Register of Podiatrists holding an annual licence in the year 1 April to 31 March who purchase a certificate for the following year up to and including 31 March. 550.00
Annual licence fee for practitioners on the Register of Podiatrists holding an annual licence in the previous year 1 April to31 March who purchase a certificate for the following year after 1 April and who are practising after 1 April. 650.00
