Notice of Intention to Apply for Removal of the Above named Society From the Overseas

Pursuant to Section 341 of the Companies Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that Michael B. Kitchen, a director of the above-named society, proposes to apply to the Registrar of Companies at Auckland, pursuant to section 341 of the Companies Act 1993, for the removal of the society from the Register.
The grounds are that the society has ceased to carry on business in New Zealand, has discharged in full its liabilities to all its known creditors, and has distributed its assets in accordance with its constitution and the Act.
