Notice of Appointment of Receiver and Manager
Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993
Christopher Frederick Schurr, chartered accountant of Stanners Street, Eltham, hereby gives notice that on the
29th day of January 2003, he was appointed as receiver and manager of the property of Globe Stores (Stratford) Limited (in receivership), under the powers contained in an instrument dated the 28th day of September 2001.
The Receiver and Manager has Been Appointed in Respect of: All the company's undertaking and property, present and future, including its uncalled and unpaid capital.
