Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
On the 11th day of November 2003, it was resolved, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Onztage Productions Limited be liquidated and that Andrew J. Skokandich, of Auckland, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 12th day of November 2003 at 2.00 p.m.
