Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
The Companies Act 1993
On the 7th day of July 2003 at 3.15 p.m., it was resolved by special resolutions, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Stonelake Corporation (Ash Street) Limited, Stonelake Corporation (Kelston) Limited, Stonelake Corporation (Lynmall) Limited, Stonelake Corporation
(New Lynn) Limited and Stonelake Corporation (West City) Limited all be liquidated and that Thomas John Perry and Noel Allan Walton, chartered accountants of Christchurch, be appointed joint liquidators of each of these companies.
The liquidations commenced on the 7th day of July 2003 at 3.15 p.m.
Creditors and shareholders of any of the above-named companies may direct inquiries to us during normal business hours at the address and contact numbers stated below.
