Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 255 (2) of the Companies Act 1993, that, by way of entry in the minute book of the above-named company in accordance with section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, Roy James Cowley, chartered accountant of Wellington, was appointed liquidator of the above-named company on the 5th day of June 2003 at 11.00 a.m.
