Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Notice is hereby given that the liquidation of the company commenced on the 29th day of April 2003 at 11.30 a.m., when the members appointed Kirk John Richardson as liquidator of the company pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993.
