Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice of Meeting of Creditors
Pursuant to Section 241 (2) (c) of the Companies Act 1993
Pursuant to an order of the High Court at Rotorua dated the 18th day of December 2002 at 10.05 a.m., Kenneth Peter Brown, chartered accountant of Tauranga, was appointed liquidator of the above-named company.
The liquidation commenced on the 18th day of December 2002 at 10.05 a.m.
The liquidator does not consider that a creditors' meeting should be held having regard to the assets and liabilities of the company and the likely result of the liquidation.
No meeting will be called unless a creditor gives notice in writing to the liquidator, within 10 working days after publication of this notice, requiring a meeting to be called.
