Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
I, Stephen John Tubbs, chartered accountant of Christchurch, was appointed liquidator of the above-named company by resolution of the creditors' meeting held on the 14th day of March 2003.
My appointment replaces Gordon Hansen who was appointed liquidator, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993 (as amended), on the 28th day of February 2003.

Notice is hereby given that as liquidator of Stonehaven Developments Limited, I fix the 11th day of April 2003, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993 (as amended), or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are claimed or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
