Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Sections 3, 255 (2) (a) of the Companies
Act 1993
On the 27th day of February 2003, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that, by reason of ceasing to trade, Sytech Investments Limited be liquidated and that Derek J. Craze, chartered accountant of Kendons Scott Macdonald Limited, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 27th day of February 2003 at 2.30 p.m.
