Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Claim
On the 28th day of February 2003, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Stonehaven Developments Limited be liquidated and that Gordon
L. Hansen, chartered accountant of Christchurch, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 28th day of February 2003 at 4.00 p.m.
The undersigned does hereby fix the 28th day of March 2003, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have.
