Under section 6 (3) of the Reserves Act 1977, and by reason of an error made in the notices described subsequently, the Acting Community Relations Manager revokes the notice headed Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve dated 15 November 2001 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 29 November 2001, No. 161, page 3950, and the corrigendum headed Revocation of the Reservation Over
a Reserve dated 11 December 2001 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 13 December 2001, No. 170, page 4192, and issues the following notice as a fresh notice in their place.

Specifying the Manner of Disposal and How to
Utilise Proceeds of Sale
Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Acting Community Relations Manager, Southland Conservancy, Department of Conservation, revokes the reservation as a recreation reserve over the land described in the Schedule, and declares that the land may be disposed of by the Gore District Council in such a manner, at a price, and on terms and conditions as the council determines, the proceeds from a sale to be paid into the general funds of the council.
