Take notice that the Registrar of Incorporated Societies has directed that, consequent on the dissolution of the society
in or around 1990, the mortgage described in the Schedule hereto, being a surplus asset of the society, be vested
subject to all encumbrances and interests in Ikipa Puletoaki Tongatule, solicitor, of Auckland.
No appeal from this decision shall lie unless notice
thereof is delivered within one month after the 13th day
of September 2002, being the date of the said direction.

of Auckland, over an estate in fee simple in all that parcel of land containing 1044 square metres, more or less, being
Lot 37 on Deposited Plan 31409 (Town of Greenhithe Extension No. 14) and being portion of Allotment 15A on Herald Island Parish of Paremoremo contained in certificate of title 912/219 (North Auckland Registry).
