Childhood Centre
Pursuant to Regulation 12 (1) (d) (i) of the Education (Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1998, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 14 May 1998, which was granted under those Regulations to Rukuhanga Te Hurahanga Kerei in respect of Te Piringa Kohanga Reo (52707), situated at 7-9 Cook Street, Marfell, New Plymouth.
This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
