Pursuant to Section 84 of the Criminal Justice Act 1985
On 12 February 2002 at the District Court at Tauranga, Phillip Tekonui McLean, of 13 Cornwell Street,
Tauranga, was convicted of the following offence - driving while disqualified (subsequent offence) - and in addition
to the sentence imposed on him, the Court has ordered that a
Honda motor vehicle, registration No. LQ 1011
owned by the above-mentioned defendant, be forfeited to Her Majesty, pursuant to section 84 (4) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985.
