Pursuant to Section 8 (1) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Jeffrey Philip Meltzer and Karen Betty Mason, insolvency practitioners of Auckland, were appointed receivers of income of the properties named below on the 2nd day
of October 2002, by Bridgecorp Finance Limited pursuant
to the powers conferred in:
(a) a second registered mortgage granted by Durham Property Holdings Limited as mortgagor over the land described and comprised in certificate of title WN51B/990 (Wellington Registry);
(b) a second mortgage granted by Morrin Investments Limited as mortgagor over the land described and comprised in certificate of title NA129D/107 (North Auckland Registry);
(c) a second mortgage granted by Wharf Road Holdings Limited as mortgagor over the land described and comprised in certificate of title NA2C/648 (North Auckland Registry);
(d) a second mortgage granted by Merriefield Investments Limited as mortgagor over the land described and comprised in certificates of title NA114B/940, NA114B/944 and NA114B/945 (North Auckland Registry);
(e) a second mortgage granted by Investment Syndicates Incorporated NZ Limited
(in receivership and in liquidation) as mortgagor over the lands described and comprised in certificates of title WN8B/821, WN8B/822, WN8B/823, WN8B/824 and WN8B/825 (Wellington Registry).
The receivers of income shall be the agent of the mortgagor.
