Notice of Appointment of Receiver of Income
Pursuant to Section 8 (1) (b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
On the 2nd day of September 2002, I, Lester Andrew Wright, property manager of Auckland, was appointed receiver of income of the property of 239 Ponsonby Road Limited, at 239 Ponsonby Road, Auckland, being certificate of title 117B/20 (North Auckland Registry) ("the property").
The appointment was effected pursuant to the powers conferred by a first registered mortgage over the property.
