Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Pursuant to Section 258 (2) (e) of the Companies Act 1993
Vivian Judith Fatupaito, insolvency practitioner, and John Anthony Waller, chartered accountant, both of Auckland, were appointed jointly and severally as interim liquidators of Lakeland Wealth Creators Limited and Wespap Limited by the High Court, pursuant to section 246 of the Companies Act 1993 ("the Act"), on the 11th day of September 2002.
Their appointment as full liquidators was confirmed on the 21st day of October 2002, pursuant to section 246 (2) (c) of the Act.
Notice of Meeting of Creditors
A meeting of creditors will be held at the Conference Room, Prince's Gate Hotel & Apartments, 1057 Arawa Street, Rotorua, on Thursday, the 21st day of November 2002 commencing at 11.00 a.m.
The business to be transacted at the meeting is to:
(a) convey the views of the creditors to the liquidators; and
(b) discuss the course of the liquidations to date.
